What is easo?
easo is the QMS document cockpit for small and mid-sized companies. Ordinary office staff create, review, release and search their ISO 9001 documents as a living, searchable handbook — while everything that makes a QMS audit-proof happens underneath. No git knowledge, no SharePoint, no IT project.
Do my documents really stay private?
Yes. All your documents live in your own git repository — never on our infrastructure. Our account service holds only name, company email, role and public keys, all deletable. Your git is also your exit: leaving easo costs you nothing.
How do the signed releases work?
Every release is cryptographically signed (to the eIDAS AdES bar) and verifiable even without easo — the verify steps are printed on every exported PDF. Four-eyes releases are enforced, and the revision history can't drift, because nobody writes it by hand.
Is easo ISO 9001 certified?
easo doesn't certify you — an accredited body does. easo supports the documented-information and record duties of ISO 9001:2015 and guides you there with an honest readiness score, a gap list and templates. Certification falls out of it as a side effect when you actually use the tool.
What does easo cost?
One simple price per company (around €150 per month), unlimited readers — no penalty for letting your whole team read the QMS. Starting solo? Use the free local-only tier. Final pricing is set before the pilot.
Is there a startup discount?
Yes. For the first three years from incorporation, startups pay €10 per month for the whole company — then the standard company price. A quick proof of incorporation is all it takes. We started as a startup ourselves; this is our way of giving something back.
Do I need to know git?
No. easo hides git completely. You create, review and release documents like in a normal office application — guided, and in five languages.
Can I migrate my existing QMS?
Yes, and the switch is a day, not a project. Adopt your existing documents as-is on day one — pinned byte-exact, signed, clause-linkable immediately. Then convert them into living easo documents step by step; the original stays and is re-verified forever.
What languages does easo support?
easo is available in five languages: German, English, Italian, French and Spanish.
Does easo run on Windows?
Yes. easo runs on Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and on macOS 12 or later; both are on our download page. On Windows it installs without administrator rights.
